2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for standard bookings and 48 hours for large groups or special events. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
3. No-shows: Failure to appear for a confirmed reservation without prior notice may result in a cancellation fee and may affect future reservation privileges.
4. Special Requests: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special dietary requirements or seating preferences, but cannot guarantee all requests.

For large events and catering services, additional terms and conditions may apply.

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices listed on our website, menus, or promotional materials are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.

For certain events or large group bookings, a deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled events with sufficient notice.

Payment methods accepted include major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic fund transfers. Cash payments are accepted for in-person dining only.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Rainbow Taste website and social media channels—including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software—is the property of Rainbow Taste and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

Photography or video recording is permitted for personal, non-commercial use during your dining experience. However, we request that guests respect the privacy of other diners when taking photos or videos.
